Toolbox for Jira Service Management is an app that enhances the functionality of Jira Service Management (JSM) by providing customizable fields to track elapsed, goal, and remaining time for SLA metrics. The app offers various formatting options, including default view, friendly, millisecond, and advanced duration format pattern, to allow users to customize their SLA tracking to suit their preferences. 

The app also offers new custom field types, such as Statable Customer Request Type, Statable Customer Request Type with Group, and Statable Customer Request Group, which allow users to track and display customer request types and request groups as statistical types on the JIRA dashboard gadgets. 

This app can significantly enhance the JSM experience for users looking for more tailored SLA tracking and detailed insights into their customer requests.

Provides Statable Customer Request Type​ for Gadgets and Elapsed, Goal and Remaining times for JSM SLA Fields with different formats

Show and export Elapsed, Goal and Remaining Times for a SLA Metric with different formats:

  • Default View ( dd:hh:mm )
  • Friendly ( XXd XXh XXm )
  • Millisecond ( XXXXXX msec )
  • Advanced ( Duration format pattern)

 

Shows Customer Request Types and Request Groups as Statistic Type at JIRA Dashboard gadgets with new custom field types listed below:

  • Statable Customer Request Type
  • Statable Customer Request Type with Group
  • Statable Customer Request Group

 

Note: You must reindex JSM projects to use these fields at gadgets after create new fields.
